Rooms suffered from cleanliness issues, reeking of mildew. Encountered pests, including roaches crawling on the bed—definitely not a pleasant sight. Limited pillows available, just two for a couple on a two-night stay, and front desk hours were inconvenient at 9 AM, leaving no one to address these concerns promptly.
